Fashion is

A statement in of itself.

Fashion can be defined explicitly as such:

noun

1.  popular or the latest style 

*verb 

2. a manner of doing something: 

make into a particular form:

*(fashion something into)

How we are being fashioned

VS 

The Manner in which we do things

When defining fashion, 

the mainstream

consider 

the term to be synonymous with luxury, 

and as an extension, 

the comings & goings 

of the affluent and t-

heir wallets.

In that sense

Fashion is obsessive-

compulsive, indulgent 

and consuming .

The insatiable noun.

To others there exists a reality that fashion “serves” –

both in the lexicon and as a verb in the cultural narrative 

as a driving force for ideas:

what we think

that you think

is cool *

Fashion is a subjective term in that 

To be fashionable is to be both early and late to the party.

In that way fashion is cunning.

Beyond apparel, 

fashion should serve

to emphasise 

the now.
